In delivering our service, we transfer selected email content, as appointed by you, to third-party AI tools to generate summaries. Please be assured that this transfer of data is solely for creating personalized summaries and is not used for developing generalized or non-personalized AI/ML models.

We implement industry best practices to ensure the security of your data, including the use of secure server hosting, encryption, and access controls that are designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

Dygest relies on Gmail to determine eligibility to use our service. Since creating a Gmail account requires users to meet Google's age requirements, we do not enforce a separate minimum age. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.
